How to cancel your subscription

We think you're going to love Minimalist! However you can of course cancel your subscription at any time if you are not completely satisfied. Here's what you need to do.

Step 1: Ensure you're looking for help with our app!

There are a number of apps referred to as "Minimalist" in the App Store. We make Minimalist: Password Manager which runs exclusively on iPhone, iPad, and Mac:

Step 2: Give us a chance to address your issue!

We put a lot of effort into making Minimalist great. However we still have a long way to go to make Minimalist the best password manager for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Here's where you can help!

Please let us know exactly why Minimalist is not working out for you. We may be able to help! And if not, we can use your feedback to improve Minimalist in the future! Perhaps we can even win you back someday!

Step 3: Cancel your subscription

Here's how to cancel your subscription:

  • Select Minimalist from the Active subscriptions list.
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" and accept the confirmation prompt.
  • Confirm your subscription was successfully cancelled and now lists an expiration date.

That's it! Your subscription has been cancelled and you will not be billed again.

Benefits and Limitations of Apple's AutoFill System
