How to attach files, photos, PDFs, and more
Securely store files, photos, PDFs, and more inside any item in Minimalist using an "Attachment" field. Attachments are synced via iCloud using the same end-to-end encryption as everything else in Minimalist.
Here's how it works:
- Start editing an existing item, or create a new item.
- Select the "+ Field / Attachment" button.
- Select "Attachment" from the popover.
- Add a file, photo, PDF, etc. to the new field using drag-and-drop or by selecting the field and using the document browser.
- Select "Done" to save your changes.
That's it! Your attachment is encrypted, stored, and available on all synced devices.
* Please note drag-and-drop is currently limited to "standard" file types. We're doing our best to work around this limitation. In the mean time, please use the document browser to attach any file type for which drag-and-drop fails.
